CRJ5455 - CONSTITUTIONAL LAW (3 hours) History of the American legal system and the interpretation of the U.S. Constitution as it pertains to the police function and the Kansas laws pertaining to the criminal code and the various Supreme Court decisions. Prerequisite: Student must have a completed criminal background check on file
