CRJ5430 - CRIMINAL PROCEDURES (3 hours) Principles of criminal procedures as they apply to important areas of jurisdiction and venue, complaints, warrants, bail, and criminal trial proceedings. The institutional care and treatment of inmates is discussed and evaluated. Prerequisite: Student must have a completed criminal background check on file
