ALH1660 - MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION (3 hours) This course is designed to give the student a firm foundation in medical transcribing through the use of a variety of letters, memos, and reports that are typical of those encountered in the medical field. This course is also designed to enhance the learner's knowledge of medical terminology, to reinforce anatomical knowledge, and to challenge the student in the use of English language skills. Prerequisites: Typing ability and ALH 1655
