Catalog Description: This course, which consists of 30 clock hours, provides persons with the fundamental knowledge of the aging process with emphasis on providing services essential to the physical, mental, and psychosocial well being of the clients in the home setting. It incorporates the basic care of clients with the Instrumental Activities of Daily Living in the home setting. Meets state requirements for the Home Health Aide state exam.
