Flint Hills Technical College offers 15 programs of study along with a variety of short-term training courses and continuing education courses. Classes are small with an average 15 to 1, student to faculty ratio. You get to know your instructors and they'll get to know you. You are not just a number.

Students at FHTC enjoy the hands-on experience--about 30 percent of your classes will be theory/lecture and about 70% will be in the lab environment. You get to learn and practice on a daily basis in classes what you'll be doing on the job!

PDV 101

This course delivers the basic background in professional behaviors, understanding of self, co-workers, and supervisory positions. Students will participate and interact in specific elements of the class including role-plays, language development, conflict resolutions and basic employment issues.
